As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Delivery of personalized and/or custom-made merchandise according to your prior acceptance,
- Delivery of sealed goods, which for hygiene and/or health protection reasons cannot be returned once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Information on the conditions of withdrawal
Your right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, received the last item of goods.
Conditions of withdrawal
To exercise your right, you must send an email to contact@furodetemballages.com so that we can keep a record of your request and facilitate our communication. The withdrawal period is considered respected as long as you send your notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the required period.
Our duties in response
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to reimburse you without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, for all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option). For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
In all cases, you are required to return or hand over the goods to us no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Your liability is limited to any potential depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and proper functioning of the goods.
How to properly return your order
- If you have any doubt about the goods ordered, please keep the package that was used to ship your order.
- reseal it/them properly .
- Send an email to contact@furodetemballages.com to inform us of your cancellation, including the following information for processing the return: number of packages/pallets, size of the package , and their weight . This will allow us to generate the correct return labels and avoid disputes with the carriers.
- The shipping label will be sent to you by email, so all you have to do is make a well-sealed and protected to avoid any damage during transport.
- Upon receipt of your package, it will be examined by the stock manager. If it meets the required standards for resale , a refund will be issued immediately. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days after approval.
