As long as you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please note, this right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Delivery of personalized and/or tailor-made goods according to your prior acceptance,
- Delivery of sealed goods, which cannot, for reasons of hygiene and/or health protection, be returned as long as they have been unsealed after delivery.

Your right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you and not constituting the carrier, have received the last goods.
Withdrawal conditions
In order to exercise your right, you must send an email to contact@furodetemplois.com in order to keep a record of your request and to facilitate our exchanges. The withdrawal period is respected as long as you send your withdrawal notification before the required period expires.
Our duties in response
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse you without delay, at the latest within fourteen days following the day on which we received notice of withdrawal from this contract, all payments, including shipping costs ( with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have requested a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery that we offer) which we have received from you. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as part of the refund. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back into our possession.
In any case, you are required to return or hand over the goods to us no later than fourteen days following the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. This deadline is respected as long as you ship the goods before the expiration of the fourteen day period. We cover the costs of returning the goods.
Your liability is only incurred with regard to any possible depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to ensure the nature and proper functioning of the goods.
How to properly return your order
- If in doubt about the merchandise ordered, keep the package that was used to ship your order.
- reseal it/them securely .
- Send an email to contact@furodetemplois.com to inform of your withdrawal with the following information for processing the return: number of packages/pallet(s), size of the package(s) and their weight . This is in order to issue the correct return slips and avoid disputes with carriers.
- The slip will be sent to you by email, so you will only have to make a well-sealed and protected to avoid possible damage during transport.
- Upon receipt of your package, it will be examined by the stock manager. If it is compliant for reintegration into the sales circuit , a refund will be made immediately. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days after validation.
