Your orders are prepared upon receipt of full payment. Preparation is often done the same day or the next day to ensure rapid processing. Possible slowdowns may occur at times, we thank you for your indulgence.

Look carefully at the deadlines announced, they are respected in 98% of cases. When a product is available to order, it is most often necessary to add a week of preparation time.

Shipments of small orders are mainly done by UPS/Chronopost which deliver on D+1 (deadline not guaranteed). For orders by courier/carrier, it takes between 2 and 4 days for certain areas of France.

Shipping costs are free from €299 excluding VAT (excluding Corsica and Monaco).

Withdrawal/Return
Withdrawal and return

You have a legal period of 14 days upon receipt of your order to withdraw without particular reason. To do this, please send an email to contact@furodetemplois.com in order to set up the return. The return is free, a slip will be sent to you according to your needs (size/weight of the package essential to avoid disputes with the carrier).

Refund
Refund

Reimbursement is made once your package is received, certified as compliant (not damaged by any handling on your part) and arrived in good condition thanks to the use of a package to protect the goods during transport.
It is carried out by the same means of initial payment. Please note, the return of funds may take up to 7 working days.
