Order preparation

 Your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Speed ​​depends on the availability of the order picker, but especially on the products in stock. It's difficult to deliver an item that isn't available! Stock levels are updated almost in real time.

 They may sometimes be incorrect due to errors or omissions. If this is the case, you will be informed of the unavailability so that we can determine if your need is urgent or if we can find a suitable alternative in terms of quality, function, and price.

 In case of a missing product:

When the order requires the shipment of a single package , it is entirely delayed until all products are received.

When an order requires shipping multiple packages or pallets , all in-stock items are shipped upon receipt of payment. Backordered items are then shipped together once all items are available again.

To ensure optimal service, most products can be ordered even when they are not in stock. An estimated delivery date is displayed for each product and when you place your order. This is only an estimate ; we are not responsible for any delays.

Some products cannot be ordered when they are out of stock. This is a deliberate choice because it is sometimes difficult to obtain timely supplies from certain suppliers under all circumstances.
