The orders you place are processed as soon as possible. Speed ​​depends on the availability of the order picker, but above all on the products in stock. Indeed, it is difficult to deliver a missing product! Stocks are updated almost in real time.

 They can sometimes be false, following errors or oversights. If this is the case, you will be informed of the unavailability in order to know if your need is urgent or if we can find an arrangement with a product similar in terms of quality/function/price.

 In case of missing product:

When the order requires the sending of a single package , it is fully delayed until receipt of all the products.

When the order requires the sending of several packages or pallet(s) , all products in stock are sent upon receipt of payment. Backordered products are then sent in a single shipment when all products are available again.

To ensure optimal service, the majority of products can be ordered even when they are not in stock. An estimated delivery date is then displayed to you on each product and when you place the order. The latter is only an estimate , we are not responsible in the event of any delay.

Some products cannot be ordered when not in stock. This is a deliberate choice because it is sometimes difficult to be supplied quickly in all circumstances by certain suppliers.
