The Cuisine & Basilic embossed vacuum rolls 30 cm × 6 m allow you to make bags precisely adapted to the dimensions of your food.
With their generous width of 30 cm, they are particularly suitable for large pieces of meat, fish, bulky vegetables, cheeses, large portions and family-sized preparations.
Each pack contains 2 rolls, each 30 cm wide and 6 meters long, for a total of 12 meters of roll.
Create the bag length you need
Using a roller allows you to freely choose the length of each bag.
Cut to the desired length, make an initial seal with your machine, insert the food, then perform the vacuum sealing and final sealing.
This solution is particularly practical when the dimensions of the food vary: you can create both a relatively short bag and a long bag for a large item.
Storage, freezing and bain-marie
The high-performance embossed structure promotes air evacuation with compatible vacuum sealers. The durable, multi-layered film ensures good food protection during storage.
These rolls are suitable for storage in the refrigerator and freezer. They are particularly practical for portioning bulk purchases, preparing meals in advance, and helping to reduce food waste.
They can also be used in a water bath up to 100°C for 2 hours.
